I believe I first met Chris in person during a ski trip to SLC (late 90’s?).  My son and I took a trip to Alta. Chris and his friend Steve Gray were mostly beginners, so we stuck to Albion Basin that day.

A year or two later while passing through the Central Coast of California Chris spent the night at my house.  He stopped by a second time a couple years after that, this time accompanied by his first wife, and children.  We had Santa Maria BBQ with some of my neighbors, but they spent the night in local lodging.  Lastly, a year or two later he spent the night with his second wife, and children.  Once again I created Santa Maria BBQ.

Over the years Utefans.net helped facilitate a number of meetings at Ute events for myself with other fans.

      Thank You Chris

BBQ at your place was awesome, the game we watched, not so much! ;–)

We will all miss Chris, and I trust he is at peace.
