Battin – big game!

Battin, with whom Ihave been somehwat less than impressed, had a spectacular outing tonight. He made a few mistakes, typical of his usual outings, but tonight, he was all over the place, tiping balls to team mates, standing up opponents, jumping into passing lanes, stealing balls, creating quick outlets and starting fast breaks.

Perhaps he’s coming into his own.

Yup, like you, I have been pretty disappointed with his play, even in the 1st half. Much better, more active in the 2nd half.

Jantunen also got better as the game progressed — and he hit his free throws. Yay!

Not every team has 13 superstar players. Battin is what he is. He hustles and plays hard. That is plenty good enough for me.
