Bronson Boyd?

I ran across a tweet today that referred to Bronson Boyd as a University of Utah wr signee. Is this the same guy who was dismissed from Texas Tech just days after arriving on campus for the spring semester? This is the first I have heard of a Bronson Boyd signing with Utah. He is enrolled (I do believe). He was a top target for Utah and committed to Texas Tech. Got in trouble at Texas Tech. 

I do believe (99% sure) he has to sit out a year. 

Everyone should get a second chance, especially kids. This is his.
