Tore a muscle lifting and will miss the spring. Should be fine by Fall but will miss starters reps this spring! Bummer.
Has JJ healed up ok? He seemed pretty banged up after that Washington game. I don’t even recall if he played in the bowl game.
He didn’t. He isn’t expected back until fall, if then.
He had surgery on his collar bone. That’s not a 10 month injury I don’t think
I’m not his doctor, I just know what I’ve read.
It can be. Sometimes they have to do some pretty extensive work
JJ is progressing nicely. They’ll probably be careful with contact in the spring but he should be 100% into the Fall.
That’s too bad. He was my favorite WR from last year’s class (before Boyd joined the team). Hope he is well soon.
Dammit. How’s Armand Shyne?
Shyne is running and working out wth the group…should be completely healthy soon if not already.
Next year’s RB core will be delicious!
Prognosis on Marquis Blair?
I’d say he’s a bonafide badass.
Haha…without question. Had one of the young players tell me that he was the “one guy he wouldn’t mess with.” Just wired a little differently…has that look in his eyes that gives you some pause.
Don’t think we’ll know much until the early Summer months. Successful surgery, starting to do more but it’s just going to depend on how it responds. He should be close to 10 months post injury at the start of camp and it seems like recovery times have been dropping into that 8 month range so I’m hopeful.
Thanks!
You are great Onlyu to fill us in thanks
