Trying to decide if there is a way to bet against their making it to a bowl. 32 percent returning production on that schedule. Let them beat their chests right now. Holmoe needs them to stay between 7 and 10 wins each year. Go too high or too low and the independence scam is up.

Duhwayne- my initial reaction to them going bowless was that they HAD to have at least 6 gimmies.  Upon further review:

Wins- at USU, Idaho St, at Ga Southern

Losses- Utah, Az St, at Baylor, at Wazzou, at USC

That means they must find three wins out of these four games: Arizona (in LV), South Florida, Virginia & Boise St

You’re right, I think I’d bet against them going bowling this year.

Have to hand it to BYU that they are usually well-prepared out of the gate and can often catch a P5 team sleeping the first weekend, so that game in Las Vegas vs Ariz may actually be a win.  Not sure they could pull 2 more wins out of your must win 3-of-4 list, though.
