      So this is a states rights issue and there was some talk that betting on college sports might lead to another income stream for college football and basketball (something Jon Wilner was speculating about last week).

        I do think the NCAA and Pro Sports need to make all their officials 100% salaried.  In the off-season they could be made to go to training camps, just like the athletes.   Maybe that might make the Pac-12 football refs good even.  The better compensated they are the less chance of them going on the take.

          Dream on. You’re lucky to get cold 3.2 beer.  They tried to outlaw chilled beer a few years ago.
