Also I was at the game yesterday. Man does he throw a pretty ball. That 82 yard TD to Thompson with a hand in his face was a thing of beauty. 

I hope he has another game like he did last year against USC. Their defense is their weakness and I except Ludwig to expose that even more using Huntley’s arm on Friday.

That throw to the left edge of the south endzone was stunning.

That throw is so difficult to be that accurate on. The level of competition is irrelevent to the difficulty of executing that play. ISU’s guy was right there in good coverage but there’s nothing the defense can do to stop it when it’s executed well by both Huntley and Thompson. Most of the success in this game can be discounted due to playing an inferior opponent but that play will translate into PAC12 success.

The play action will be there all year. Usc’s defense is fair as well. Almost say NIU is more disciplined but less talented.
