I loved listening to Jazz games on the radio. I actually really enjoy Runnin’ Utes games on the radio as well. Basketball has always been a great broadcast sport in general for radio. But the point I am wanting to make is David Locke is the worst radio voice ever. I can’t stand him so just kind of bums me out thinking of all the great games Hot Rod has done. I am curious how anyone stands him. Utah Jazz are idiots not getting someone better than Locke.
Yeah I used to love Hot Rod, and had a love/hate with Ron Boone and all the dumb things he used to say, which I called “boonerisms.” I had a whole list of them, like “his foot stepped out of bounds,” and “he caught the ball on the round part.”
