I feel bad for the Aggies

I was cheering hard for them last night and thought they just might pull it off.  But they fall short once again.  I should have known better. It happens to them all the time:

2009  Texas A&M 38, Utah State 30

2010  Oklahoma 31, Utah State 24

2011  Auburn 42, Utah State 38

2012  Wisconsin 16, Utah State 14

2013  U.S.C. 17, Utah State 14

2018  Michigan State 38, Utah State 31

The Aggies have been close to this sort of win for a long time.   Just can’t quit ever pull one of these out.

They remind me a bit of the Ok State Aggies who had a string of games vs Texas where they would take the lead but always give it away in the fourth quarter.   One time I think they had a 21 point halftime lead that they blew.

In recent years Texas has gone into the toilet so they’ve beaten them now the last 6 of 8.
