Especially with this context. The muss sent Mitchell gear. Byu sent him gear a week later after Donovan gave the muss a S/O on Twitter. The roc is super corny. They call themselves “the roc” so that isn’t surprising.

Mystery solved. After asking students in the roc who didn’t know, I now know what roc means. Is it possible that an acronym is so bland it can put you to sleep?
