Fun little place. Went there tonight and many of the little beach houses are lit up in Christmas lights.

Bonus: If you’re an Arrested Development fan they have the frozen banana stand the Bluth one is based on.

Balboa Island is fantastic. Take a lap around the boardwalk to see cool boats and amazing houses. Maybe a Ute flag or two as well. And there’s always money in the banana stand
