Was really looking forward to watching the Wizards this season (and I don’t really like the NBA) to catch the Wright and Kuzma show. They have connected on a few great plays together in the few games the Wizards have played this season. But dog-gone-it, Delon has done received a hamstring injury and is out at least two months.
Delon is finally on a team that plans to give him significant playing time this season as the two guard. In four games he is avergaing 23 minutes, 6.5 points, 3 assits and 2 steals. They are not earth shattering stats, but something to build on.
I guess I’ll have to be patient. Can’t remember a time when an NBA team had two former Utes playing a significant role together.
