Formal discussions between leaders from the Pac-12’s #WeAreUnited campaign and representatives for the conference could be begin as soon as Thursday.
In an email, obtained by ESPN, sent to 12 student leaders from the group Wednesday just after 4 p.m. PT, Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott proposed a video conference for 8 p.m. Thursday, which would include himself, Arizona State athletic director Ray Anderson, Utah athletic director Mark Harlan, assistant Pac-12 commissioner and liaison to student-athlete groups Chris Merino and the student leadership. It was not immediately known if the group had accepted Scott’s proposal.
