Matt Wells to Texas Tech?

I think it would be a good fit.  Knows the area well, former texas and Ok assistant coach.   Would you live in Lubbock over Boulder?

personally, I think that any P5 program that has been reasonably successful would be foolish to go after Matt Wells at this point. He’s had one pretty good year in a G5 conference. He’s had a few bad seasons as coach as well.

good point.  but has TT been reasonable successful?  he would be cheap.

lol no… Nobody in their right mind would hire Troy Taylor as a head coach in a D1 program right now. He just isn’t ready for that. He has a TON of potential, but he is still very raw as a coach. He is learning fast, and he will be ready in 2 or three years IMO… but not yet.
