It was an absolutely devastating loss for Colorado. Not only were they a foul at the buzzer away from winning, but that loss absolutely killed their conference tournament seed. Had the Buffs won, they won have gotten the #3 seed in the Pac-12 Tournament because they would have finished tied with both of ASU and USC @ 11-7 (Utah’s familiar conference record). This is the case because they swept both of USC and Arizona State this year, which would have earned them the tiebreaker over both, and thus the #3 seed. We just quasi-ruined their season. Suck it Buffs! Go Utes!!
