By giving every single player in the Texas OU game an unsportsmanlike penalty. Meaning 1 unsportsmanlike in a rivalry game will be an ejection.

Feels like they set themselves up for failure.  Now if they want to make a call in the game to slow down the emotions it immediately eject a player.  They will then be criticized for setting up the situation.  So in the long run they may feel less able to throw the flag and this may increase potential problems on the field.
