Portland watch bar for Utes football?

I’m in Portland for the weekend and wondering if anyone knows of a place to watch Utes football? Kells is listed but not sure if they do for sure.

There is no official Utes bar in Portland. What sort of place are you looking for?

I think it is important to note that the Ducks game, even though they are playing a D-IAA school this week, is on at the same time.

There are still a ton of boarded up buildings and fenced off parks. Far more than I expected
