Throw out what you think and feel about the teams and go by what you saw. For example, I doubt USC is the worst team in the Pac, but they were beaten 52-6 like a lowly FCS/G5 against Alabama.

      1. Stanford
      2. Washington
      3. Colorado
      4. Utah
      5. Oregon
      6. Cal
      7. ASU
      8. UCLA
      9. Arizona
      10. Oregon St.
      11. Washington St.
      12. USC

Here’s how I looked at it. Did you win? Who did you win against and how did you look doing it. Same will loses. Who did you lose against and how did you look doing it. A close loss to a good team does not trump any win. (UCLA vs aTm)

      How do you see it?

Arizona at 9?  Ok let me fix your rankings based purely on performance and quality of opponent:

      1.Washington

      2. Stanford

      3.Colorado

      4.Utah

      5. Oregon

      6.Cal

      7. ASU

      8. UCLA

      9. USC

      10.Oregon st

      11.Wazzu

      12. Arizona

Eastern Washington maybe beats a few of the other teams in the PAC. BYU though I am not impressed worst loss by far but Zona is crappy.  I think they are bottom of the country bad.

I didn’t really watch ASU but you gotta put them somewhere.

Cal defense did not look good against a Hawaii team that turned around and nearly got shut out by Michigan. I would put UCLA ahead of Cal.

We really don’t know how bad some of the losing teams were and that could apply to SUU. UC Davis? CSU? NAU? Time will tell.

We’ll know soon enough how good BYU is.

I do kind of feel fUCLA is better than they showed. But Rosen looks like soph slump is in store for him. Not taking a sack several times and making dangerous throws. Rosen gives you a great shot to win a game but he can cost you a game to.
