I got thinking this weekend that arguably our two best players in the last twenty-five years were not even three-star recruits. I am talking about Alex Smith and Eric Weddle.
We have had some great players who were high-level recruits like JJ, Blackmon, and others.
I’m proud of what Alex and Eric did her and also did in the NFL. Besides being great players – they are great guys as well.
