Likewise. Level 3 here and I called yesterday because I have not received my tickets yet. She said that they were shipped late last week, but didn’t have a tracking number. Told me to call back on Thursday if I hadn’t received them and they would re-print and mail them again.
Not too impressed with their customer service. I guess they know that it would take a lot for me to not renew my tickets so they can get away with it.
