Sniff sniff. Final home game of the season. There’s still a chance for a share of the Pac-12 title with a victory and an Oregon loss at USC.

Hats off to the seniors who joined the team four years ago and helped build the team into what it is today.

Interestingly, a Pac-12 Conference title was never a goal for this team. The goal is a top 4 finish in conference to avoid playing 4 games, and winning the conference tournament.

“It’s never been a goal of ours to win the regular season title,” he said. “That’s not something we’re going to celebrate if it happens.”

The Utes, Krystkowiak explained, are eyeing a different prize — the trophy that will be handed out next week at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. They’ve already met their regular-season goal of earning a first-round bye with a top four finish.
