Someone please tell me about Shelley

I’ve heard virtually nothing about him. Tuttle seemed to suck up any air around him so I don’t remember anything about him. I’ve seen his garbage minutes and they are marginal at best but that is what you expect from a RS Freshman. Does he have the skillset to compete at the p-12 level?
