Someone try Predict the Score in Sidebar

I just put in the sidebar predict the score form.  It worked for my test account, but my CPU fan came on so not sure if that was a coincidence or there’s some kind of loop or something.  I’ve got no errors. Someone try it out and let me know if it worked for you.  When you submit it should send you to the picks submitted page.
