Can anyone please enlighten me on the Tavion situation by posting a link or explaining something?
I’m in the dark!
Apparently there have been some off-field/attitude issues – enough to be deemed toxic to the team.
Thanks!
It was kind of an obvious prediction but I was worried about this drama coming.
I think in this instance it’s more him just missing practices this week for the funeral.
He’s been an issue since the spring when he showed up at 250+ lbs. Nothing changed over the summer or fall with his attitude. He’s been given multiple chances since the Rose Bowl to get his act straight and he hasn’t. There are multiple coaches on the team that want him gone but Whit keeps giving him chances.
If he plays again it will be by the grace of God/Whit.
He was supposed to miss all of last weeks game but Whit gave him another chance in the 2nd half.
Appreciate the insight, it’s just too bad. We need him. Do you have a source on the team? I just wonder what his attitude is about. Has his head got too big?
With his issues that might have been one of the main reasons that Jackson has been suiting up as a RB. Gives Utah more options when this happens.
With Thomas and Curry both out Utah needed a power back in comes Jackson and this change is permanent he’s not going back to QB he is now a RB at Utah and he loves it.
He was only a QB in HS because he was the best athlete in the team his a more natural runner then a passer. Once he gets the finer points down he’s gonna explode as a RB.
Also looking at Utah’s record with sending RB’s to the NFL it would be an easy choice.
Think Todd Gurley
According to peeps on Facespace he’s warming up.
I can see him warming up on the field
Yogi Roth just said that Whit said he was more accountable this week and will play so we’ll see
Hope he worked on his cardio
