I have to laugh at BYU fans who ‘know’ that Bernard punched Wilson despite not being able to see where his hand landed, yet they ignore much clearer video evidence to claim Emery didn’t punch Taylor. Many of them try to claim the infamous nut-punch vs Boise a few years back wasn’t a punch either, just an attempt to punch the ball out.

I guess if you wanted to even acknowledge the BS accusations you could reply with, funny that the dirtiest play came from the the ex BYU player and everyone knows it takes a year to train that out a player.

But I agree that his arm was way to high and it’s just sour grapes cause they lost, it’d be nice to have a camera on the other side too see where his arm lands.

I was at the game and remember watching the replay several times on the video board.  It was from a different angle. Looked to me like his hand was on the ground.

Arm and momentum are higher than Wilson’s groin. I think he was trying to get the ball out but Wilson was clearly down.

I don’t live near any of them on purpose and don’t have to put up with their bull.They can be as persecuted as they want.

Here’s the alternate angle. Bernard punched the ground, lol.

I’d bet anything that the Zoob narrative will change from “he punched Wilson!” to “He tried to punch Wilson but missed!”
