Man I threw my back out really bad. Can barely walk. Beginning to wonder if I can make it to Friday’s Bball game and the CU game.
Painkillers, muscle relaxers, wine are on the menu tonight, after a trip to the sports rehab place.
Ugh.
Get well soon. Really sucks to have any sort of back issues. Get a foam roller they really do help I haven’t had problems with my lower back for two years since I got one.
Painkillers and alcohol can lead to crazy times.
