So the timing on this thing is really strange.  Was it the uptick in Huntley’s play?  The fact that he was still 3 on the depth chart?  Or the fact that Daniels is a strong Utah lean who supposedly is boys with Troy Taylor?

Don’t need a running QB for RPO. Need quick decision, accurate QB. Then you can do all the other conventional pocket passing with your ELITE QB. Al la the Eagles

Agreed, Cal was a straight RPO team with Goff who couldn’t out run Leki Fotu.

Yup…one of the reasons I really like that Minshew (and Herbert at UO) kid at WSU. Although the Pirate runs an Air Raid offense, Minshew a passer who has enough athleticism to make you think twice.
