  USC is like the Hydra. They lose one blue-chipper and two more step up in their place. Our loss down there last month once again articulated the fact that they just live in a completely different reality than we do as far as recruiting. Man, I wish we had that game back. Heck, just a couple plays back.
  
  I’m developing my own unique distaste for some of the schools in the PAC-12, but as I bump into other fans from around the conference it seems the one consistent is the distain for USC. I’m not there yet, but I can see where it comes from. They are the rich kid who gets all the breaks. They’ve been ruling the conference for decades with an abundance of riches (whether capitalized on or wasted). I can see why that would become wearisome for everyone else after a while.
