I saw there is a ‘groups’ feature here at UH and wanted to find and join the ‘North End Zone Drunks & Ruffians’ group, but couldn’t.  How do I do so?

Yeah groups is a feature which comes packaged with one of the systems I have installed here, though I’ve not set anything up.  Hasn’t been any demand for it.
