Washington only favored by 7.5 over Stanford is a bit surprising.

That’s because the game is AT Stanford. Stanford is undefeated at home. The winner of that game likely wins the Pac-12 North because Washington State still has to play us and AT Washington. If Stanford wins, they only have one more conference game (their rivalry game against Cal), but said game is also in Palo Alto. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if Stanford knocks off Washington on Friday.
