“The university refused to release the NCAA allegations to The Arizona Republic as required under the state’s Public Records law, saying the denial was “to protect the integrity of the ongoing enforcement process.”
I’m not sure what to read into this, but the obvious implictation is that the most serious “Level 1” violations are being charged. It would be gratifying to see that happen, but i’ll still be very surprised if anything comes of it and if anything changes at UofA.
I have little faith in the NCAA.
