  Utah will have three 4 star QB’s on roster; Rising, Bentley and Powell.
  No idea what eligibility hoops there’ll be, but that’s something to be excited about.

  My opinion is it is Rising’s spot to lose. That is everything that I have heard.

    Bentley is a four year player, with 7500+ passing yards in the SEC. He’s a QB, and nothing else. Has one year of eligibility. My guess it will be between him and Rising, and it will be a real competition.
