Apparently Colorado had a few Title IX issues they might not have dealt with well. I’ve been waiting to see what happens. Long story short, I think Colorado got it wrong.

Does the math add up?

Yeah, while this is no Penn State or Baylor, it does leave an icky taste in the mouth for CU.
At the time I was embarrassed for them, but now I am kinda glad they got an ass-whooping in the Alamo.

Meh, it was a poorly handled situation but I don’t think MacIntyre’s deserving of more punishment. He did the right thing initially followed by a boneheaded move when his DC unexpectedly left. It’s not like he tried to cover it up or is the one who committed domestic violence.

Delaying his contract extension by a year doesn’t really accomplish anything anyway, other than maybe motivate him to take a job elsewhere.
