Bulter isn’t on the same level as Lloyd statistically. He’s played an extra game and isn’t near Lloyd in terms of tackles. Still really good, but Lloyd is better.

I don’t understand your logic here. Utah isn’t choosing to have smaller classes. The number of schollies they have is the number they have because they have other guys currently occupying those scholarships. Deporting a problem to another place doesn’t eliminate tragedies from happening as a result of that problem. If we had deported him somewhere else, then someone else would have been killed. That isn’t any better. He needed to be kept from hurting all other people, not just people in our country.
