If you were wondering what the sports bras that some were wearing, it is a training vest for a GPS tracker. Not a sports bra for moobs.

Love Covey. And wish him the best. Hope he makes a squad. If not, not many dudes in this world can say that they started in a Super Bowl.

This is a compilation of the announcers of the losing team calling their own losses. The other side of the exciting calls. Love college football.

I can’t believe it has been 9-10 years since this. Seems like yesterday.

This is the most transparency I have seen on the death of the P12 yesterday.
We would have taken the Apple deal even at a lesser annual payout (assuming Utah was aligned with ASU), but when 2 schools did not show up to yesterday’s morning meeting to discus, it was over.

With the blocking (hopeful), I think JJ can replicate the red zone efficiency. Plus, JJ seems to be more of a threat to break away midfield. Really looking to see a jump this year, like the jump in the second half of last year.

I agree. The blocking seemed outstanding. TT only seemed to take a hit (if any) at the goal line.

I don’t want to get into TT aspersions. From a football perspective TT had an amazing 2021. I don’t remember any other year where it is third and goal from the 4 to 6+ yards out and we would still run it. (Maybe I am exaggerating a bit, but that is how I remember it.)
In looking at the video, TT’s success appears…[Read more]

kazute started the topic Any chance of going to a spring scrimmage other than the Spring Game? in the forum Football 11 months, 3 weeks ago
I have tickets to the Spring Game, but the football is just not the same as a competitive scrimmage.
I used to look forward to April Saturdays sitting in RES watching the battles the two weeks before the Spring Game.
Is that opportunity dead forever for ordinary fans like me?
Anyone have an in? I can be discrete.

Taking a break from work, I was reading an article tonight on the realignment on Utah high school football.
yada…yada…”amongst football-playing schools in the recently re-introduced eight-player division.”
What the? Never knew this existed. I knew 7 on 7 was a thing, in a scrimmage sort of way. But 8?
Turns out it is true and evidently…[Read more]

Does any one know who the third transfer commitment is that Kyle referenced but couldn’t talk about in his press conference?
Fano and Damuni were the two everyone know about, but Kyle referenced a third.

I would also recommend parking at Mandalay Bay Parking. https://park.parkmobile.io/nv/las-vegas/mandalay-bay-events-center
However, be sure that you enter the parking garage on the west side of Mandalay Bay coming up from the south on Frank Sinatra Drive. It is a south turn off of Russell Rd that does a loop back north under Russell Rd. Be sure…[Read more]

If I remember, Slovis was 2nd string behind JT Daniels and became 1st string when Daniels got hurt. But Slovis was amazing in his back-up performance and started the game against us. Then Slovis got hurt on the first play or so and Fink came in. Then Fink beat us with the fly’s up passes. So we got beat by the 3rd string (based upon season start).

That is really funny. Same trip to the 94 Freedom Bowl. Stopped in Vegas and did my one and only 3 game parlay, picking Utah, CSU and some other team that I forget. Having confidence in our conference. I remember the guy at the sports book commenting about, “Don’t bet against Michigan against the spread in a Bowl.” Sure enough, CSU lost me my…[Read more]
