I typically have a flask in my jeans pocket when I go to games. I walk right in. Haven’t had a problem in the last 6 seasons.

I don’t mind the heat, but I’m with you on the fireworks. Can’t stand em. They were cool when I was like, 13. But I feel like if you’ve seen one fireworks show, you’ve seen them all. 
Love a 4th of July barbecue: meat, games, booze, but I’ll dip out before the fireworks start.

The realist in me says that even if we do have someone with a special season, they will be overlooked and rarely mentioned because of a few things: East Coast bias, late game kickoffs, and the poor performance of the PAC-12 against other P5 conferences (see last year’s bowl games).

I love the enforcer mentality that Blair has. But am I the only one who’s a little bit worried about his form on tackles? He often tries to blow people up instead of wrapping up. I think it’s prone to getting penalties and injuries. 
Maybe I’m overthinking it. I am stoked that he’s back and healthy.

As a fan is supposed to, I get my hopes up every year thinking that this year we will break through and get to the Pac12 title game. We have the talent to do it this year, but the schedule is brutal. I’m not sure I understand, either. My seats are directly across the stadium from the MUSS. The third down jump is still very much a thing, and they are as loud as ever. Makes me excited to see how much louder RES will be if we finally enclose the South end zone with seats and all that noise stays in the stadium.

I’m torn on stadium expansion. I believe that when we joined the PAC, Chris Hill was told by pretty much every other AD in the league that expansion needed to be done very carefully otherwise you’ll end up with a ton of empty seats and a poor ROI. I was gonna say, I feel like this has been the pick for the last 2 seasons. Here’s to hoping for a pleasant surprise when the crystal ball season is over and we actually play the games.

I mean, Philly fans are the only fan base I know that throws batteries at players they don’t like. So yeah, they’re pretty scummy. 
I do find it hilarious that the Philly PD has to oil up all of the lamp posts in the city with Crisco occasionally to prevent fans from climbing on them.
