Not many people remember that John Elway was subpoenaed in the OJ Simpson trial. Why? Because he was named as the “Slow Moving White Bronco”😀

If I remember correctly and as noted in the link he was from Oklahoma before coming to the U, so that may have something to do with it.

I noticed that post too. If I understand correctly he only had one year of eligibility at Utah, so this declaration is expected. He’s a nice young man and we wish him luck in the next steps of pursuing his goal of reaching the NFL.

I get the point of dreaming of amazing stadiums, but I don’t think the 1,000’s of people buried south of the stadium would facilitate the parking terrace very much 😀. Let’s see if there’s a push for upgrades to the stadium for the imminent 2034 Winter Olympic Games.

Excellent list. Thankfully both our PK (Becker) and punter (Bouwmeester) both seem to be solid after lacking in these key positions recently. I just hope we can find a sure handed speedster for punt returns.

Monfort’s classic line at the first Crimson Collective event was funny: he said as the Owner of the Rockies he’s supporting the Utes’ Collective because “he finally wants to help fund a winning team”.

Ryan Smith transferred from the Utes to the Gators in 2006, earned 2nd or 3rd team All
American honors, started all 14 games in 2006 for the Gators and was a 6th round pick by the Titans in the 2007 NFL draft.
