Larry didn’t forget how to coach. This team was young, and its leaders were inconsistent (Bonam)’ foul-prone (Collette)’ or made mental mistakes (Kuzma). 2 returning starters, 2 major contributors only playing half the year, and the Utes take 4th in the conference… I’ll take it.
The loss yesterday sucks, but let’s not throw the baby out with the bath water…

They should have focused on finishing the OSU game. That ending was Boylenesque. Larry should make them ride a Greyhound bus home.

This basketball team seems to have a low basketball IQ. They just don’t play smart basketball.

Starts and ends with the guards…Guards played bad this week and we paid for it.

The Cal and Stanford losses boil down to poor guard play. Plain and simple, our guard line did not play well enough to win either night.

Bad loss. Dumb mental mistakes, bad shot selection, and poor defense in the 2nd OT.

This game had a similar feel to the football game against Cal. Bad start, make good adjustments to stay in it, and bonehead, mental mistakes end up costing us the game. It’s a bad loss, because, again like football, with everything to play for, we come flat.
