  Technically , it was over after their loss to us…All of my zoob coworkers have moved on after their loss to Toledo and are now talking about the Jazz season.
  
  I can’t wait for next season when they have to play six power five teams, plus Utah State, Boise State and Houston. This won’t keep the local media hype machine from spinning up Zach Wilson as a Heisman hopeful next summer, but it will be fun to watch their downfall again next year.

  They’re 2-3 now, I’m guessing they go 3-4 on the rest. Hoping they grab one more and go bowling. The only way for the Tom Holmoe independence ponzi scheme to continue is for them to win 7 games +/- 1 game a year, with the occasional 9 or 10 win season. If they lose too much or win too much and get snubbed on New Years, the scam crashes.

  I dont know. If Jaren Hall tears it up in the next 4+ games while Zach is recovering, then Z might have a tough time getting back on the field next year.

    No better way to keep that fanbase invested in a seven win season than to introduce the possibility of the next Marc Wilson. I love it.
