On the positive side:
– After getting punched in the gut, they came back to beat a good team on the road
– Huntley was amazing, especially since he had a gimpy leg. The pass to Nacua was as good as I have seen him throw.
– Great picks by Blackmon and Johnson
– Moss
– We made both field goals
On the less positive side:
– UW came to play with a good game plan. I was not surprised by this because they had two weeks to prepare. I was very unhappy about our first quarter effort.
– We allowed three fourth down conversions on UW’s last drive. We needed to end the game.
– We had two very costly fumbles
– We allowed four sacks in the first half
Great win. Huntley should be all conference first team, but it will go to Herbert because of all the hype he has received for years. Johnson is our best defensive player IMO. But, we have a lot of studs on defense.
