  I’m not sure he’d be a good NFL coach. But he’s probably the best football coach ever so maybe he will be good.

  Wow, UM is so careful with how he picks his spots. I wonder what it is with Jacksonville that he likes? They’ll have the #1 pick, obviously, and take Trevor Lawrence. But they’re still a 1-14 team he’ll be looking to turn around. The Jaguars gave Marrone 4 years so I’m sure UM would get the same. Maybe the expectations are much lower than at a Dallas or Washington with only room to go up. It’s still the NFL and every franchise expects to win to some degree but I guess the pressure at Jacksonville is much lower and gives him more of an opportunity to succeed?

  He has a way of turning around any program. That and he’ll have the best rookie qb in the league to play around. If Lawrence stays healthy I see Jacksonville as a 6-8 win team next year, and playoff team after. Similar to what’s going on with the cardinals.
