Looking at the ratings on ESPN, of Utah’s top ten recruits, 5 are from the JC ranks. In fact, the top 5 recruits are all JC guys.
Two Utah recruits also held offers from USC.
As KW said today in the presser, you win some, you lose some. He also said the goal was to recruit 18 or so HS kids, the rest JC. This year, the skew was to JC kids on his metric.
Likely, on paper, the best Utah recruiting class. I have a sense, it is not yet over.
On WR, Utah signed #100, #123, and #163, if memory serves me well (ESPN). KW said Troy Taylor was instrumental is getting those guys.
