Caleb Repp will be just fine on the defensive side of the ball. I really liked what I saw from him. In fact, our entire defense looked very good and we were missing several key players. Once Lotulelei, Fitts and Hansen step in… watch out.
As far as the offense goes? I have no idea what to think. Outside of Henry-Cole, no one impressed me. Troy Williams didn’t prove that he was the clear starter. I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if Huntley took the job. Bateman looked ok. I hadn’t heard of the other kid until today.
Overall, this spring game was just like the others before it. I didn’t leave overly optimistic but I’m not worried either.
