  Taylor was strongly suggested to take the Sac job after losing Daniels. Washington was a big hill to climb for any OC in that situation…

      No, Taylor was all over Daniels. Told Tuttle to Transfer and put his job on the line with Daniels. Thought he had him signed after UCLA game but Mom stepped in. It was then that Herm made the push, and then the BYU game. Taylor made his own bed.

  It’s been mentioned that Taylor is a strong willed individual and wants to run a team his way. So I can see the validity with this claim. At the end of the day an offense has to be fluid, and if the parts aren’t working together then the result is entire games like NIU, or halves looked BYU and NWU. Not sure what to make of UW games, Utah just didn’t have the talent.
