When are bowl tickets charged/sent?

I pre-ordered from the Utah site the day they became available. The placed a $5 hold on my account so I know things when throught I’m just hoping someone has done insight on when I found out that my exact location is and when I’ll get fully charged?

You should get an email first stating that you tickets have been assigned and when you will receive another email with the tickets attached. I am guessing it will be sometime this coming week.

Yea this whole lottery system they use is crazy. It’s no wonder people go elsewhere to buy tickets.
