Why did you guys believe the hype?

I don’t understand why some people thought this team was going to be special? QB who had never played a down in this system. Best player on either side of the ball passed away. Solid players on D but no real stars. Same underachieving WRs we’ve always had. Great but super underutilized TE. I thought we’d be a tough team, per usual, but nothing special. Definitely didn’t expect us to suck like this though.

I don’t think anyone saw the oline being this bad. I always knew it would be challenged by USC. This is bad though. Literally have the qb taking out Bernard. The one positive Utah had going for them. It is bad.

Yeah I never gave high hopes for our O line, but figured it was at least experienced enough to be decent. This is a joke.

For me it was the glowing reviews from Whittingham and some stuff from onlyU. But even they can be wrong sometimes I guess
