byu-p fans around work talking a bunch of crap lately. theyre very excited about bear saying how they will be 6-0 easy going into our game. lol. ok. My one coworker is absolutely mystified that utah is getting a lot of hype from national podcasts/pundits and vegas. “how can a team that went 5-7 who is bringing in a g5 qb be any better??”. “utah is not able to handle the grind of the big xii”. With that in mind. I wanted to give a record prediction as to what I have been told will happen.

I’ve been made aware from byu-p and other big xii fanbases not from the pac teams that if you lose a key contributing player on offense that there should be little to no drop off for the team. that teams with high expectations should keep those high expectations in their mind even if say their qb who won 2 conference titles went down for the year. So when that same team ends with a losing record, we should point and laugh at them right? I am not saying that joyner means the same to tech as rising did to utah in 23 and 24 but from my understanding. Tech should be just fine and blow the doors off us in RES. I mean dampier will be out at this point right? Utah cant stay healthy. Isaac wilson is in trouble with one of the best d-lines coming to town. 2-2

yeah, utah may be coming off a bye but utah is trash in revenge games (see arizona game last year). So what if rising played on one foot and with a bad throwing hand last year?? Utah shouldve won!! you have to be ELITE to beat asu or even keep it close according to byu-p fans 3-3
