I’m really torn on this subject. Adding a 10th tough P5 team to our schedule may hurt us come the end of November, which I think happened last year. Our depth was incredibly depleted by the time UCLA rolled into town and I think it contributes to why we struggle with Colorado every year.
I get that beating Michigan helped us move up in the rankings and was one of the most exciting games ever played in RES, but we paid for it later in the season, plus we lost Moeai. Who knows, maybe we win the south last year if we didn’t play Michigan.
I’m okay with a weak OOC schedule for now and maybe the next year or two.
