A thought…a glimmer of hope

Is it possible Oregon and Washington are using flirting with the Big Ten as negotiations with Apple TV to get more front and distribution and then ultimately stay in the pack 12? 

I’ve heard it stated the other way that they were using threatening to stay in the Pac 12 to get more of a share if they were to join the Big Ten, but why couldn’t it be the other way around? There are huge advantages to still keeping the PAC viable for another 5-6 years.

They informed the rest of the PAC this morning that they plan to accept a B1G invite, and the B1G has informed their media connections that they will extend an official invite this afternoon.

You can’t posture for more money when more money doesn’t exist.
