  It feels like continuity is a thing of the past in college football. Even if we do replace talent with talent, how long does it take for a team to “gel”? More than one off season I would imagine.

    I hear you Larry, Georgia and Alabama seem to pull it off year after year. Michigan has been building this years team for years. I was hoping we were on that path next year. My expectations have dropped considerably.
